An Afghan man who intruded into the official residence of Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Saturday was arrested and handed over to the Counter Terrorism Division for interrogation, in accordance with a media report.
The safety personnel deputed on the PM Home reportedly didn’t know from the place did the suspect enter, The Information Worldwide newspaper reported.
”The suspect was instantly taken into custody by the Counter-Terrorism Division of the Islamabad Police and has been shifted to an unknown place,” the report mentioned, quoting sources.
Later officers revealed that the suspect claims to be a resident of Afghanistan, and had made his strategy to the PM Home by passing by three completely different paths.
They mentioned that the CTD, police, and different safety companies have been interrogating the suspect.
The safety companies have acquired the CCTV footage of the suspect and are looking for out how the suspect entered the highly-secured PM Home, the report mentioned.
